Tempelhof Airways was founded
in February 1982 and started the operations with ambulance, charter
and taxi flights in May of the same year.

At the end of September
1985 a scheduled route to Paderborn was offered, followed by a line
service to Dortmund at the end of October.
- Between May 1987 and
January 1988 Braunschweig was taking up in the route network. From December
10th. 1987 Augsburg was a destination for a few weeks.

From January 1989
Luxemburg was served for around one year and from November 1989 until
October 1990 Hamburg too. Brussels was a destination from March 1990.

From the end of October
1990 Tempelhof Airways operated on behalf of RFG on the flights to
Dortmund and Paderborn and on behalf of SABENA on the flights to Brussels
until these companies used their own aircraft.

In the summer of
1989 also charter flights were operated, i.e. to Shannon.

Cargo flights on
behalf of UPS to Hanover and Cologne took place between 1989 and 1990
with own aircraft, later on with leased aircraft (de Havilland Canada
DHC-6 of Jersey
European Airways).
