  • British European Airways transferred on the date shown above all flights from Gatow to Tempelhof.

  • Over the years a close german domestic route network was flown, as such to Bremen, Dusseldorf, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Hanover, Cologne/Bonn, Munich and Stuttgart, as well to London and later on to Glasgow and Manchester.

  • Of interest is the fact, that BEA used very often aircraft of other airlines over the whole timetable periods on the german domestic routes.

  • Besides the scheduled flights, some charter flights and a daily cargo flight to Frankfurt until 1972 were operated.

  • Due the merge with B.O.A.C. and their subsidiaries Cambrian Airways and Northeast Airlines on April 01st. 1974 is the new name British Airways.
